Nestled on the slopes of Dawson Butte in Sedalia, Colorado, Perry Pines is a community that enjoys the benefits a rural lifestyle while being just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We share our stands of Ponderosa Pine and Gamble Oak with many types of Front Range wildlife: turkey, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, deer, etc. Also, many of our residents keep domestic livestock: horses, donkeys, goats, and other animals.
Embracing Community Spirit
At Perry Pines, we have an active HOA made up of volunteer residents who encourage a strong community of not just neighbors, but also friends. The HOA sponsors an annual neighborhood picnic and an annual community cleanup day. Whether we are residents of more than forty years or newcomers, we all love calling Perry Pines home.
